Our mango ice creams are made from 100% Indian Alphonso mango puree. Nanuk has a special recipe, which achieves only 5% pitch in its ice cream. The resulting ice cream is very creamy and thick, and completely different from competing products.

Mango Alphonso is a variety of mango which originates in India, where it is known as the “King of Mangoes” because of its sweetness. Mango fruit contains high amounts of vitamins A, and C, beta carotene, magnesium, potassium and fibre.

Our mascarpone ice creams are made from genuine creamy mascarpone, 32% white chocolate produced by the traditional Belgian company Callebaut, which uses only the highest quality ingredients and sprinkles of freeze-dried raspberry pieces.
